PP boards, known for their durability, chemical resistance, and versatility, have gained traction in the construction industry as a cost-effective and functional alternative to traditional materials like wood, metal, or glass. Moisture Resistance
PP boards (polypropylene boards) achieve long-term moisture protection through excellent chemical stability and extremely low water absorption. With a dense molecular structure, their water absorption rate at room temperature is only 0.01%-0.03%, significantly lower than wood (12%-18%) and ordinary plastic boards (0.5%-1%). They maintain dimensional stability in humid environments and resist expansion or deformation when exposed to moisture.
